The staff is very professional and extremely helpful. It is close to central train station and so easy to access to different part of Italy. I love the breakfast too. There are staff to serve you breakfast, and guests just have to point to the staff what you want on the buffet spread table.
Great hotel
close to the railway station, airport bus and metro. supermarkets not far away. decent breakfast with fresh vegetables, cheese, ham, sweets, yoghurt, flakes. coffee from the machine(bad quality). room was clean with all the necessary things provided. 3 floor has no lift, so you will have to use the stairs.
the area is dangerous after it gets dark. I was mugged 30 m from the hotel entrance around midnight.
Удобное расположение, да много мигрантов, но не агрессивных. Хороший номер, шумные соседи))) на завтраке накладывают официанты. Вкусный кофе. Скоростной интернет. Прекрасный Неаполь с вкусным кофе, очаровательными улочками и громкими жителями))) рекомендую 2 дня для Неаполя в свой туристический маршрут заложить
