The lobby area with the large screen TV and fire place up to the ceiling was very inviting.. The rustic log cabin look was excellent.
The rest of this facility was very upscale.
I fell in love with Graystone & Boone back in December so I wanted to come back for my birthday.
Alysha (night auditor) was amazing! She gave some really great advice on an area to visit and it met major expectations!! Jennifer and morning crew always had the best food out fresh and perfect.
The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice. Loved the decor. Enjoyed the fireplace outside.
The breakfast was excellent. So many choices. The breakfast manager, Jenn was so very nice, we looked forward to talking to her each morning. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
It was very well kept. while we didn’t use them, there were nice outside tables and chairs with a fire pit. The whole hotel was very neat and clean. Our beds were very comfortable. The staff was super friendly.
Everything was excellent and the free cookies by Caitlyn were a real hit with our whole group!
