It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.
Everything was amazing!! Except I paid for a whirlpool room and didn't get it. My wife and I was REALLY looking forward to that!!
I had an issues with billing and they took care of it with no issues. They accommodated me in a professional manner. I appreciate every staff mbr that assisted me and greeted me daily. Would definitely recommend and in a great area.
We went to a concert at the Spectrum Center, and the hotel was so close to the Spectrum.
The reason we chose this location is because it was in walking distance to the spectrum center. The building was very clean and well kept.
The young lady who assisted me in checking out on the 9th was very friendly and helpful when answering my questions. Made me feel better about checking in. Please see below.
