Staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the place was very clean and up-to-date. It is very convenient to several nice restaurants.
Front desk staff was always very accommodating and gave us a close room to front door which made our coming and going so much easier than walking the hall. Breakfast was great.
Front desk people were wonderful, breakfast was great. The room was very quiet to the point that I didn't realize there was a huge thunderstorm going on with wind and rain, and was quite shocked when I finally did hear some thunder and looked out window. That impressed me that the building was built to be quiet.
The staff were all friendly and approachable. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. The room was comfortable and clean. I used the hot tub and the exercise room and both were adequate. The extra pillow and blanket provided in the closet were both used and great to have.
Everything was exceptional. A uniquely positive customer service of our stay was that there was ALWAYS a staff person at the front desk and appreciated the cheerful greetings and just knowing someone was right there for us!
