Love staying there it's perfect except pool didn't open until after we left
Friendly desk staff and location is so close to many stores and restaurant. Area felt very safe . Room was clean but definitely needs updating which I believe management is proposing to do so in near future
Room was fine. Service fine. One mistake. I booked a King Room on my reservation. I called and changed the date to one day later. No problem in communication that I knew of. I ended up with Quenn Room. Not a huge deal, so I did not try to change. I thought about it today and decided to mention it. My wife and I are on our retirement tour. First night in celebrating! We could have made a scene.
The location was closed to most business facilities.
The staff particularly Ashley, was very helpful and very knowledgeable.
