The breakfast and facilities were clean. Very nice ambiance.
The staff, very courteous. The breakfast was awesome.
Great breakfast! Lots to choose from with different variation of eggs, potatoes and ham/bacon or sausage every day. Muffins, bagels, scones, make your own waffles with 2 types of dough, oat meal, cold cereals, grits. Great choices of coffee and teas. I am a hot tea drinkers and when they offer Earl Gray, I am thrilled.
The location can't be beat. This hotel is located within walking distance to 6 restaurants. After a long day driving it is great not to have to drive to find a dinner place. Your choices are Colton steakhouse, the Seafood shack, a mexican, Asian, pizzaria and a very high end ala carte restaurant called the Venue.
The Hampton Inn Marion was in a good location surrounded by several choices for food. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was very clean and smelled lovely. The room we had was handicapped accessible which made it more spacious and it was very clean. They had an amazing breakfast with a good variety of choices. We were driving home from Missouri to Alabama and spent a night there. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip back to MO.
The young woman who checked us in was awesome, we checked in late. She was very helpful, kind, and shared with us the amenities. There was a large group of folks visiting in the lobby and she handled it with grace. The room was clean, cool, and just what we needed after a long day.
