All the staff members were helpful, professional, and positive.
The staff working at both the front desk and in the breakfast area truly were exceptional. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I feel more secure staying somewhere where I have such warm and positive interactions with the employees. I truly appreciate the hospitality at this Hampton Inn and would recommend others to stay here.
Three things caught my attention while at this property: 1) the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The young man who did the breakfast setup greeted us warmly every morning and his serving area was meticulously clean and well stocked. 2) the property was clean - some hotels along the I-80 can be quite run down and really disgusting, but this Hampton Inn was very well cared for! 3) OMG there was a PELETON bike in the gym I was in heaven for a way to exercise.
So disappointed there were no biscuits and gravy. Good cold
