The desk staff was amazing. There were a lot of issues (phones, elevator, short staffed - cleaning) and they handled it with poise and professionalism. The older new blond ( I forget her name sorry) and Tricia especially were top notch.
The breakfast is now leaving a bit to be desired. The omelet was rubbery, but it is frozen and then heated in a microwave oven. There were no bananas this time around.
The coffee was very good.
Everything was wonderful great breakfast and dog friendly

The location is great. All staff members were pleasant and the complimentary breakfast was an extreme plus. Everything was clean and well organized. We also loved the close by dining and entertainment options we could just walk across the lot to.
