Room was clean and staff members were customers service oriented.
Extra help from check-in crew when we had a slight problem.
We had an appointment the next morning at the surgery center that was literally just next door, so the location was perfect for us. Our room was very large and comfortable. The friendliness of every member of the staff we encountered was a huge extra bonus. From the moment we entered the door, we were made to feel welcome. Cookies and milk at night was a nice touch, as was the availability of coffee around the clock.
Everything was great for us. Okay, there was only one piece of sausage available when we got our breakfast. But just had to wait a few minutes for more! Also, I didn't realize but I had left a shirt in the closet. They called to let me know. I had the option to have it shipped to me but decided it wasn't worth the $20 shipping fee.
