The location is perfect. Near to the Crystal City metro station and surrounded by cafes and restaurants.
Location and friendly/ helpful staff. Hotel was clean
The front desk staff were so kind and welcoming! I also loved the location- very close to the metro station and it made it easy to see all the sights. We also loved the neighborhood and enjoyed walking to the restaurants each night.
Staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant. Very helpful with information. Room was very clean and updated.
Had a great experience overall. Got a big room on the 10th floor. Breakfast was American continental style but at least they had eggs and bagels :-)
