Location and customer service. Anthony, the desk clerk was very kind and professional. He was very helpful and apologetic when my room was not ready.
The breakfast was nice. The room was very clean and I am picky.
The location was great and you can walk to stores and restaurants, the facility and room was inviting and clean, friendly and helpful staff, I also felt safe and appreciated how you needed a key card to access the building and elevator.
The breakfast was amazing! It was a hot breakfast with many options.
We LOVE the location of midtown Hampton as we travel to Atlanta for the symphony often and it’s a very short walk for us. We also enjoy the option of visiting the High and SCAD museums within walking distance. There are numerous options for dining out and the hotel bar and rooftop always make the stay nice with the amazing views while having a cocktail. The corner king suite is our favorite — amazing city views!
