The young man at the front was extremely kind and caring and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. My brother had died and we were there for a funeral and family. We were so thankful to this young man to go above and beyond to meet our needs.
The breakfast was wonderful. Better than we have had at ANY hotel where it is provided free. Laid out beautifully, room was huge so plenty of room w/o feeling cramped and very clean.
Our room was clean, the bed was super comfortable (believe me for my husband and I that’s a thing) , bathroom was large and there were plenty of plugs ( we always need those ) . We were in the area for the Spring Round Top Antique Fair and the hotel was close by with lots of food choices nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful with recommendations. Overall, one of our more pleasant stays .

I lost my key and there was no problem getting another one. The staff member had already come up to my room to assist with my tv. I did have to show my ID to get another key. I put the paper packet in my purse but left the key in my room.
