hotel was nice, we had a suite, it was nice, big, but modestly decorated. could have been decorated better.
It was a nice enough room for just spending the night.
The staff was amazing, always nice and respectful. They speak when you enter and when you leave. The hotel location was great.
Our room was much more then we expected. Nice view, pretty quiet even for being next to the ice machine and elevator. I just wished that the toilet/shower switch was in the bathroom. But we managed. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Staff kept the tables wiped off, floors and the bar clean. The other hotel staff was always helpful and nice. And you didn't have to wonder if the manager was there. One of them always stopped to ask if we needed anything.
The property was clean, spacious, easy to maneuver, in a great location of KC! We loved the heated pool and large rooms as well as the delicious breakfast and gym.
