I can't say enough about the two ladies in customer service. Barb Osborne and Barbara were so nice. I was there to visit my niece in the hospital and got a call while I was checking in they had placed her in a ventilator. Both of these ladies were quick to say comforting words to me
That to me is service way beyond what you expect.
Nyah was so sweet and bubbly when she checked us in. Definitely a bright spot at the end of an exhausting day. I love that all of the artwork was local. The room was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was great. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Every single employee we interacted with was exceptional! They were so friendly and helpful. They went beyond good service.
Staff was great, and the gym was actually a nice size.
