The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was ample. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of towels, thank you. Complimentary water. Free parking, free internet.
The hotel is clean and the beds were very comfortable. It met our expectations for an overnight stay
It was a very good location for our stop over on our road trip to the East Coast. It was close to the expressway we were traveling on our way to the East Coast.
It was an amazing experience to the city I grew up in, Utica. We loved crossing the street to Delmonicos/ everything was clean. My only note would be that the bedding was hard to get organized, but overall a perfect ten in upstate New York. Very nice personnel too, and charging for e cars like ours!
The room was nice and clean. The staff was really nice, especially the lady that checked us in; she was super cool. It was quiet and got to get good enough sleep. The bed was a little firm but overall good enough for a comfortable nights stay. The location was good too because it was near the thruway and right in Utica.
