Location , price , staff, free parking and breakfast.
Very good breakfast and great location. It was easy to get around to all the areas we were interested in including downtown.
Was in a good location for food, and not too far from activities in town. The staff was nice, easy, and quick to check in and out. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, just not maybe as much variety as some other hotels. The only slight issue was that the ac in our room was just a little loud and had a little squeak. But wasn't in the room enough for it to matter.
The location is great, easy to find, and accessible to most points of interest in the city.
Cleanliness abd next to a test, Cracker Barrel. Next to a coffee shop, Starbucks.
