The location cannot be beat if you are doing something connected to Harvard. Most things are just blocks away, and the hotel itself is set amongst restaurants and cafes. The hotel feels like a nice European hotel: simple but high quality, clean and efficient. The staff is generally quite nice.
Loved location in the heart of Harvard Square. Rooms were very clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful, offering to help with bags up/down the steps to the street. Beds were comfortable. Decor was fresh and modern. The toiletries were very nice.
Great location. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were right by the elevator, yet never heard it! The staff was friendly and courteous.
