The staff was great if had a problem they took right care of it
My overall stay was expectational. We love this propery . The hotel staff is great. We had a wonderful stay during our weekend away to visit Hawthorn suites . This is my favorite hotel in the North Columbus area.
We stay here while visiting our son in Columbus. No complaints, comfy beds, perfect place to stay.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The room I had was very clean when I got there. I like stay here
Clean rooms. Staff is very welcoming. Rooms are dated and in need of an upgrade. I would stay here again.
