Lovely Motel, short walk into town,sports bar next door so very handy
Close to central Prescott. Place was clean. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Room was quiet, clean and cozy, and they had the heat on which was so appreciated as it was really cold outside. Also the bed was very comfortable. I had stayed at a more expensive hotel the night before and they heater didn't work correctly and the bed was horrible so I extra appreciated The Heritage House room!
Did not have breakfast. The location was great. Very easy walking to downtown.
Clean, no bed bugs, quiet neighbors, relatively quiet A/C.
