The hotel is very old but they have worked hard to keep it up to date ! It is very clean, the location is great, staff was friendly. It was recently updated with fresh paint, good air conditioner, fresh linens.
Location and convenience! I had no idea how big the hotel was and it was absolutely lovely being placed in one of the cottages. Very beautiful and I felt very safe. My room was clean and the sheets were very soft. Would 100% come back to Hermosa :)
Easy to find. Very nice atmosphere. Workers were all very friendly and will to answer any question.
Very quirky but fun! I was in a small cottage. The staff was exceptionally!! I had a problem and they was so speedy and professional helping me.
