Our 35 unit motel is family owned and operated since 1995, offering clean, quiet rooms and at door parking. The Hills Inn motel offers the only outdoor swimming pool in Hot Springs. Guests enjoy a free round of miniature golf next door. A microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, hair dryer and recliner are included in every room. This motel offers free 100Mbps Wi-Fi and a continental breakfast daily from 7AM to 9AM, including biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt, and fresh fruit options. Vending machines with drinks are available to all guests. Laundry facilities is also featured on site. Guests may enjoy a relaxing stroll on the Freedom Trail river walk, located just steps away from the motel. This motel is conveniently located in the Southern Black Hills near multiple must-see attractions. As on 2024, all rooms have new pillow-top mattresses! The breakfast was better than I thought it would be from the way the desk clerk described it the night before. Nothing fancy, but it was good.
At first, I didn’t have high hopes for the place, it looked different from what I expected. But I gave it a chance, and it turned out to be an amazing experience.
Very clean facility. The owner has real pride of place and it shows. Extremely comfortable beds! When we needed to add a second room for another family member the owner arrange adjoining rooms and stayed late to let us check in.
Well kept property and clean rooms! This is a hidden gem and we will be back!
