Personnel très sympathique.
Location is great and very central. Comfy soft bed.
the hotel is situated in downtown Cincinnati, and it is full of history.
The hotel is close and with easy access to all points of tourist interest in downtown.
The rooms are comfortable and big enough, with big windows. The hotel has 29 floors, but reaching our room on floor 15 - 6 elevators on disposal was not a problem. Breakfast options were buffet and a la carte.
Friday and Saturday we enjoyed the life jazzy music downstairs around the bar corner. The cocktails were also a treat.
The room was very Pretty but a little dusty in spots and dining room TV only plays 1 channel and the thermostat battery was broken..It was quite warm.
The bed was really comfortable. There needs to be a microwave.
Really nice atmosphere and very well positioned to the downtown district. Easily walkable to broadway.
