A Wonderful location...
Q Casino and Houlihan's restaurant on site.
Also, the breakfast/ buffet available at the Hilton Garden Inn was tasty, convenient and reasonably priced.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location to downtown Dubuque was close and easily accessible. Very convenient for travel East after our stay.
