It was very clean and easy access to the expressway.
They staff was AWESOME! So friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in till the moment we checked out. The location was perfect, close to everything. We come every April to go to Keeneland Race Track. This was by far our best stay in years. We will definitely be back next year.
Arriving late in the evening, it was great to have a bar and restaurant with cordial staff right in the lobby! My steak was cooked perfectly, too! Room was very nice, very clean, and well laid out. Keurig with good regular coffees was great because I drink coffee at night. Bottled waters in the room were appreciated, too. The welcome sign on the TV screen was a nice, personal touch!
It was great, the staff was great, answered all my questions. Location was great everything was close by. Right off the highway.
Made sure at check in we weren't next to the elevator. The hostess was extremely helpful and friendly
