The staff was amazing. I love the convenience of having a bar and restaurant. My room was nice and cozy and very clean! Thank you guys!!

The breakfast was good, but you need to let people know when checking in that it is not complimentary. We had no idea until after we sat down and eating that it was going to cost us $15 a piece!! That’s ridiculous! You should have an option where you could just get breakfast that wasn’t hot as complimentary. There definitely needs to be better communication about the breakfast.

The check in was easy and fast and cordial. The staff was engaging and professional.

Everything. It's beautiful, the staff are so sweet professional it was such a comfortable experience and luxurious at a great price. It was very clean, bed was ultra comfortable! When I visit KC this is the only place I'm booking. Only thing I disliked was that I had to ask for my complimentary items. And there was no shower cap but the front desk attendant sis her best to try and find one i love it

Location was great, plenty of parking and great shade from the trees.
