The hotel was fine for the one night I stayed. I didn’t get to use the pool or other amenities because I wasn’t there long enough. The staff at check in and at check out were great.
Great customer service the night manager was very friendly and helped us out. We had an unforeseen layover in Raleigh and needed a place to stay and we came in pretty late and he was attentive and gave great Customer Service.
Location, airport shuttle (except didn’t run after midnight and I landed at 1am), water/snacks at check-in
Location is great. Very clean and comfortable Good snacks if you need a little late night something! Staff is very pleasant and helpful!
