Staff are extremely helpful and nice. They are the standard of what service industry should be like.
Great, quiet location. A bit away from the city, but easy to get to. Exceptionally nice, clean, well-kept premises. Spacious rooms. The staff were wonderful.
As you enter the hotel, you are met with the most amazing smell. Front staff were polite. The room was very comfy for our family of 5 and doggo.
Well-located for my purposes and close to restaurants and groceries.

We did not buy the breakfast. It was too much $$. We were charged $50 after our stay for which there was no explanation. We stayed 2 nights and were quoted * per night for parking which should have been included for free with the room rate. Liked the hotel - it is close to the family we visited and the event we attended. Sad that we won't be booking there as our favorite place was only a few dollars more to book ahead and then you exceeded that with extra charges.
