Everything was clean and the staff were extremely nice
The hotel met my requirements as far as location accessibility and comfort but the breakfast is servilely lacking in quality and cost, I have been traveling in excess of fifty years using hotels and this really became apparent so I ate elsewhere but all other aspects were good.
The staff where friendly helpful and exceptional I will stay again when in the area.
One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. I will be back.
The staff was phenomenal. An issue arose (not Hiltons fault) Ricardo suggested I be patient and assured me the manager Mandy may be able to help. Not only did Mandy help, but she promptly had a solution going above & beyond ensuring everything worked out.
Mandy was just stellar,and Ricardo was nothing short of amazing. Both incredibly impressive at their jobs and based on my experience Hilton would be smart not just hold on to good people like them, but these are the kind of talented people you promote.

Camden took picture of us before the Viennese Ball in the lobby. He also helped us with directions.. Very helpful. Mandi enrolled us in Hilton Honors program and was also very helpful.
