Easy access to restaurants over the bridge. You can walk along the water and go down to a dock. Theres a marketplace next door with food court. Rooms were super clean. There's a restaurant on the 1st floor with a little snack and drink area which are convenient if you dont want to leave.

Excellent location next door to the Pybus Market. Several shops inside with a great Pizza place called "Fire". There is a farmers market on Saturdays that was fun with local produce and and vendors. Beautiful view of the river, excellent walking trail directly in front of the hotel. Location was near the historic downtown( 2 blocks up) with many eateries and shops. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.We will definelty stay here again.

The location was great; the restaurant and breakfast services (and that staff) were super; the housekeeping was superb; and parking was OK. The receptionist named Brittany (a new hire) was very accommodating and friendly, to the point where she quickly dragged out a long broom, went with me to my car, and swept underneath to retrieve the remote to the car I'd dropped, which then ended up beneath the car!

The location on the riverfront path and next to downtown is great. It’s relatively new and therefore still clean. The parking is included and easy.

Perfect location: right on the river, next to Pybus Market, and just a short walk to downtown. The room was spacious, bright, and had a comfortable bed. It was also nice having a fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
