Apartment was nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Parking was readily available, including under the building with shade. Plenty of equipment available in the unit for going to the beach, pool, or playing ball, including beach chairs and beach mat. Location is fairly good. Beach access is close, and there is a golf cart shuttle that takes you down there, if you don't want to walk. Beach is beautiful. The management company does respond very quickly. A pack-n-play was actually there although the management company said that there wasn't one available.
