i like the hotel because of friendly and nice reception they help me too much especially on arrival and the concierge people are very brilliant and the brekfast is one of the best and big. Room was very big and clean and its big value of money that you living in Hilton and pay so much less.Thanks for hotel for a good welcoming and good departing.Gracia mile!!! but regarding the housekeeping is very poor service they didnt bring the ashtray to balcony i ask and didnt put addional shampoos and shower gel for second person and the child they should not forget this when they say yes cause this is a biggest part of the service of the hotel and hotel itself should change the bath to the standing shower as it will be more comfortable and more clean to keep cause nowadays people are not using the bath so more as long if there is bath and shower in the bathroom.
