I want to recognize the staff that assisted us during our check-in and stay. The room we were originally assigned was too noisy, dark, and needed some housekeeping attention. The manager quickly gave us a quieter room in one of the back buildings. We received superb assistance from Mariah, Rene, Samantha, and Alisha. Our original plans changed during our stay, and they couldn't have been more helpful in accommodating our request for the itinerary change and working with Booking.com (who proved to be most difficult to deal with). The beds were very comfortable, and the new room was clean, light, and very comfortable. We would book with you again, but request a room away from the busy street.

I really enjoyed my stay at Don Fernando in Taos, New Mexico. The Southwestern-style architecture and decor gave it a cozy, authentic feel, and the location was super convenient—just a short drive from the Taos Plaza and local attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable
