The front desk associate (black guy, locs) VERY personal! Made you feel so welcomed! Offered snacks to the kids! He was great!!

Very clean and comfortable close to the airport. The grill and bar were great.

The property was very clean and maintained. The staff was exceptional! When I arrived the power was out due to storms and the staff was answering all the questions and was extremely professional! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The next morning myself and a couple of others had an early flight and the lady at the front desk ended up taking us to the airport due to the shuttle driver being unexpectedly late. The shuttle driver that picked me up when I returned was also extremely helpful and friendly. I give this hotel and staff a 2 thumbs up and 5 stars! Very very glad I picked this hotel!

The staff was so nice, they took care of everything when the power went out and were very helpful. The breakfast was lacking, especially for having to pay so much. Each time we went, a lot of the items were out, and since we weren’t late to breakfast that was frustrating. Other than that, great!

Without question it was the staff. I arrived at the hotel at the same moment there was a power outage caused by a storm. Throughout the 3 hour outage the delightful staff at the front desk handled everything with skill, calmness, fun, and personal service. I couldn’t have been more comfortable. Ashley, especially, was delightful. She made me feel at ease and at home. I now truly understand what they mean by southern hospitality!
