The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions and things to do.
Friendly staff (positive interactions with multiple employees)
Clean, spacious, comfortable, great staff, good food.
Good location near T stops. Easy access to downtown. Neighborhood is semi-industrial but felt safe. Not a lot of options for food but the Tavern at the End of the World is only 2 blocks away and a nice pub-like atmosphere for a drink.
Staff very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
Room clean and comfortable.
