I have always enjoyed staying here . This past trip , the room had a serious musty smell . Had to buy Lysol
Easy to get to off expressway, right next door to a restaurant, front desk person (don't recall her name unfortunately) very friendly and efficient.
Location of hotel was perfect to what we came to Naples to do. In walking distance to Great Wolf Lodge
The cinnamon rolls are excellent and the variety to please everyone
Jessica! She was extremely accommodating, thoughtful, and just plain nice. BIG SMILEY FACE
The elevator was out of service when we arrived, and Jessica made sure to get us the room directly off the stairs which was a big help.
In a short stay, we actually interacted with her quite a bit and we felt welcome from the first moment.
