We liked that it was close to the freeway and restaurants /shopping were minutes away.
Staff was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Liked that there was a hot breakfast of eggs, two kinds of sausage, biscuits and gravy. Price was reasonable, seems in line with most Holiday Inn Express locations these days, unlike some chains which seem to have raised their prices exponentially.
The most appreciated staff member was our check in gentleman. He was very accommodating to we 3 elderly ladies. We were exhausted upon arriving a couple hours later than planned as well as having great difficulty (40 min.!) finding the hotel location in the dark. We had requested help with getting our baggage to our room and he did so happily. He absolutely refused our money to pay him. We have limited walking ability and he graciously got our ice for us. He should be commended by your company.
The room was big and it was very quiet and the bed was comfy and the breakfast was really good and the coffee was great.
The he bed was spacious and comfortable! Could offer a few more choices of meat at breakfast, other than that it was pretty good. The manager on duty was great!
