The staff was the most friendly staff I have ever interacted with. Tara was very helpful and friendly when checking in.
Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. Staff was super friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. Great location. Just 12 minutes to the zoo.
The comfort of the Bed & those pillows are so soft and comfortable.
Breakfast was delish. The room was super clean and the beds super comfortable. The staff was so nice and even gave me and extra hour at check out.
We had an accessible room but the hearing feature doorbell didn’t work in the room on the 4th floor and when one of my family members were showering one of the grab bars fell down with her barely touching it
