Clean and the environmental services staff were super helpful and nice.

Simone and her manager was very sweet and accommodating..... The location is excellent 13 min from Sawgrass mall. Breakfast ok great too... Big up Simone warm personality....

The breakfast was great. Large variety of foods to choose from and the dining room was exceptionally clean.

First thing that popped up was that the front desk gentleman was very kind and thourough it was greatly appreciated bc they were very busy. Secondly, my room was much cleaner than any other hotel stay in West Broward so far, better than any Laquinta and Hampton they even outdo the Marriott Courtyard in Coral Springs. I didn't feel fleas biting me as I do many other hotels around here! I've had to try many and most of the time it's just not a pleasant experience.

This property is recently remodeled so is very good value for the money. No funky carpet, rooms are clean, bathroom clean. This was not a vacation stay. Home was being fumigated (termite tenting) so we had to move out for a few days, and chose this property for its proximity.
