When visiting that area, this is my choice hotel. It's close to my family. Very convenient.
The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was lovely. The included breakfast was just ok
The property was great. Booking. Com not so. I specifically noted in my booking info that I was traveling with a dog. Arrived at hotel to find NO PET signs. Fortunately for an astute night manager she saw my husband was handicap and the dog provided him with assistance. Booking.com misrepresented the policy and needs to fix their website representation. I'm now waiting for confirmation of pet policy from the hotel I booked and paid for on booking.com on my return trip. Can't say I would recommend or use booking.com again.
The staff was very friendly and went over and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
The room was clean, the staff was helpful and inviting! We had great conversation about me being from Texas and visiting for work!
