it was a welcomed releif from the horrible weather interruption that we had having had to be redirected from Orlando to ft Myers for a terrible thunderstorm that was affecting the whole East coast of Florida. thank you for the great end to a horrible dayThanks
The gal that checked me in provided great customer service. I believe her name was Allison.
We weren't there long but the hotel is beautiful, looks very new. Staff was friendly. We chose it because of the proximity to the airport and because they offer a free shuttle to the airport.
Staff was amazing!
Shuttle to restaurants and to airport!

The facility is beautiful and very well maintained. Beds were very comfy and bathroom lighting was pretty good
