The lady that checked me in was AMAZING, so so sweet & efficient, she deserves a raise!! I can't remember her name, but she seems to be the one who is usually there on the morning/day shift & she is FABULOUS!!! The room was comfy & the whole hotel was so clean, what an awesome experience all around, will most DEFINITELY stay again & I had almost written off staying in Holiday Inn Express altogether due to a previous experience at an Asheville location, but this experience was what changed my mind. Thank you to the employees for such an awesome stay!
Breakfast was great. 24/7 coffee and tea wonderful. Front desk attendant friendly. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Bed was extremely comfy, great shower pressure, incredible breakfast including terrific coffee! Staff were friendly & helpful.

The breakfast was one of the best tasting hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long while. They even had gluten free options!
