Clean building, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful.
One staff member was so pleasant with a customer that was being excessively difficult, but she did not falter in her hospitality and professionalism. At the breakfast buffet, food was good too
Room was big and roomy.
And we liked the bathroom and shower
Booked a room in Kokomo, where we had stopped for dinner on our move from Texas to Michigan. We realized while we were eating how exhausted we were, so I went online and found a King room at the Holiday Inn Express. It was very clean, spacious, and perfect for two weary travelers. I’d stay here again if given the opportunity.
hotel was clean and comfortable. Not a big deal but coffee was barely warm at 530am. Everything else was good.
