Clean, smells good, friendly/helpful staff and water refills. I wish all hotels have that. Breakfast is ok. Coffee or tea always available.
Great location to NYC. Super friendly staff, we felt safe here. It was VERY clean, breakfast was hot and always stocked. Breakfast workers chatted happily with my children and helped us figure out the pancake machine. Honestly we would stay here again anytime!!!!
