Accommodations (ended up staying an extra night which they were able to extend), had family come and get a room as well they were able to be right next to us, location, staff, food, comfortable, and clean! Was a great stay
Beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet, breakfast had more than I thought it would (omelets already made, cinnamon rolls, options to make pancakes).
Breakfast was great. Great food. Out of cups and forks
I loved the housekeepers who cleaned our room. Excellent cleanliness and kind.
The woman who was on staff when we checked in on Thursday. Also the staff who was on Sunday morning who asked if we need a scrapper to clean ice and snow from car. So kind!
Hotel is clean and staff is always friendly. We can always count on HIE having decent rooms.
