The staff were very accommodating and helped us with any questions that we had. The room was very clean and very comfortable.
We were there for NMU's graduation. We were expecting chaos but we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and care the hotel put forth to the graduating class and families.
Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was very helpful and kind. Facilities were very nice.
Everything was great except the breakfast. The pancake machine did not work and I was not a fan of the other choices.
Enjoy the property. I especially enjoyed working with Hannah when I checked in.
