The property was centrally located for us..and was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful..
Location was great for the interstate. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was enjoyable.
The breakfast provided both hot and cold options and the coffee was excellent.
Loved location. The friendly staff at front desk and cleaning staff. Felt very welcomed. Guest laundry.
I was on a bucket list trip with my dad. He wanted to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. This hotel was a perfect central point to visit a museum each day and head to the Cleveland airport the last day. The staff, especially the woman who took care of the breakfast each morning, the housekeeper from our floor, and the afternoon/evening front desk clerk were all so friendly and helpful. I'm sorry that I do not know their names to mention them personally here. The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet.
