The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My child was very tired after a swimming competition, and we were truly grateful that the team kindly offered us a late check-out until 1:00 PM. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference in our experience.
To our pleasant surprise, we were also given a reward bonus, which we greatly appreciated. Such attention to guest comfort and satisfaction truly reflects the commitment to excellent hospitality.
We were so pleased at how clean and close it was to everything. My husband and I loved the lay out of the suite and the bed was very comfortable.
Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable.
