Staff friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Good beds.
As always, the beds are very comfortable but small for a queen size. The rooms are very cold if the heat isn't on during winter months, especially on the upper floors.
The front desk staff was welcoming although it took a little bit of a wait to check-in. The rooms were a great size and the king bed was comfortable as expected.
The family suite room 114 . Will definitely be asking for that room again.
Loved everything about our stay The waterfall in the lobby is definitely our favorite. Cruz was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds are amazing.
