Rooms were very clean. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious!! Will definitely stay here again!
Clean, close to pnc arts. Front desk gave extra towels at check in. It was great! Friendly staff comfortable room
The location was great, the room was nice & clean, and parking plentiful.
The room scores high points for cleanliness, space and amenities. Upon arrival, I was unsure of what to expect, as there is an adjacent restaurant/bar that had some patrons milling about out front who seemed to be drunk and were a bit loud. The property is on a busy road and we were thankful to have been placed in the rear of the building. The hotel is pet friendly and the fee for a dog was fairly reasonable ($35). Areas to walk our dog were easily accessible to where our room was located. We were also able to park near the entrances closest to our room. The outdoor area surrounding the building needed some attention, as there were a lot of cigarette butts and trash on the ground. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and for our purposes (one night stay while traveling), it was quite suitable.
The property is extremely clean including the gym, the business center and outside. Everything is virtually spotless. It smells wonderful throughout the hotel. There’s a nice restaurant connected to it. Every single staff member works very hard and is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the hazlet area. The rooms are also extremely comfortable and spacious
