Clean, easy to find, great parking, and good location.
Whenever my husband and I travel to see his family in Houston, Our go-to place for staying is at Holiday Inn Houston West Katy Mills. I refuse to stay anywhere else. From the booking to the stay, and everything in between is always a great experience.
Great location very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us when there was a problem with the original room booked. They contacted us prior to our arrival and had a perfect solution to the problem when we made it there. The entire hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The entire staff is excellent and helpful. I have two more trips planned to Katy this year and i will be staying here for both without a doubt.
